"The Project People Company" implements transformation and digitalisation projects for medium-sized companies in various industries. In doing so, we put people in the center of our work: it is they who are implementing and carrying out changes and determining the sustainable success of a project.
Our offer is therefore always a combination of project management, process management and change management. Depending on the client and the project, we find the right combination of the three disciplines.
The most important and central question in the context of a project arises at the very beginning: What are the benefits, what do we actually want to achieve with the project? Should processes be made more efficient, costs saved or production accelerated?
You as a client know how you want to move your business forward. In dialogue with you, we work out the appropriate objectives together. You can measure us against these.
We have many years of experience in different project management methods. However, Scrum or Agile are not always the right tools for the tasks at hand. That is why we select the method that makes the most sense for each project and client.
Again and again projects fail, although they actually started out so promisingly. The reason: the human factor is forgotten. Every project brings about major or minor changes. People are supposed to implement and support these changes – so they have to be involved.
Employees have to be picked up again and again in the course of a project. Revised processes, new tools or restructuring should be perceived as positive by those affected.
For us, change management means that we add the “people” component to projects. In this way we help clients achieve sustainable and long-term success.
Whoever talks about projects usually also talks about processes. If a real change is to take place, the associated processes must also be adapted, obsolete processes eliminated or new ones created.
As experienced project managers we know exactly how important a well functioning process is. From procurement to sales, we work with a conscientious eye on the essentials and also take on tasks such as continuous process improvement.
Here is also applicable: ultimately, the processes must be implemented. The focus is therefore on the employees for whom transparency and good arguments must be used to win acceptance.
