This is why Claire Rozner founded “The Project People Company” in 2019. For the Bernese with 20 years of experience in various project management functions in SMEs, corporations and as a consultant, one thing is clear: effective project management always includes change management.
Only those who can involve and convince the users will lead a transformation or digitalisation project to success. After all, they are the ones who follow changed processes and use new tools. If they are not shown the benefits, they will fall back into old patterns.
“The Project People Company” means: we carry out projects by people for people. Projects that show employees the benefits of change. In other words, projects that have a long-term impact.
Our clients are medium-sized companies in a wide range of industries. What they all have in common is an acute need: to become more efficient, save costs or produce faster. We provide our clients with structured support and ensure that their goal is achieved – together and in dialogue with the people who should contribute to the goal.
