Our offer is therefore always a combination of\u00a0project management, process management and change management<\/strong>. The most important and central question in the context of a project arises at the very beginning: What are the benefits<\/strong>, what do we actually want to achieve with the project? Should processes<\/strong> be made more efficient,<\/strong> costs saved<\/strong> or production accelerated<\/strong>?<\/p>\n

You as a client know how you want to move your business forward<\/strong>. In dialogue with you, we work out the appropriate objectives<\/strong> together. You can measure us against these.<\/p>\n

We have many years of experience in different project management methods<\/strong>. However, Scrum<\/strong> or Agile<\/strong> are not always the right tools for the tasks at hand. That is why we select the method that makes the most sense<\/strong> for each project and client.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Again and again projects fail<\/strong>, although they actually started out so promisingly. The reason: the human factor<\/strong> is forgotten. Every project brings about major or minor changes<\/strong>. People are supposed to implement and support these changes – so they have to be involved<\/strong>.
\nEmployees<\/strong> have to be picked up again and again in the course of a project. Revised processes, new tools or restructuring should be perceived as<\/strong> positive<\/strong> by those affected.

Whoever talks about projects usually also talks about processes. If a real change<\/strong> is to take place, the associated processes<\/strong> must also be adapted<\/strong>, obsolete processes eliminated<\/strong> or new ones created<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

As experienced project managers we know exactly how important a well functioning process<\/strong> is. From procurement to sales<\/strong>, we work with a conscientious eye on the essentials and also take on tasks such as continuous process improvement<\/strong>.
\nHere is also applicable: ultimately, the processes<\/strong> must be implemented<\/strong>. The focus is therefore on the employees for whom transparency and good arguments must be used to win acceptance<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
